ok well it looks like(crossing fingers) im going to be buying a nitrous kit this weekend, depending on my paycheck. i no how im going to hook it up and wire it and all. now the questions

i have a spare nitrous silonoid, can i use that to purge?
where do i put it in line, i assume right before the nitrous silonoid. but how does it get spliced in?
do i get a Y fitting, and have one go to the nitrous, and the other purge? or what exactly?

a regular nitrous solenoid is a bit big to be used as a purge... it will create an unwanted drop in your tank pressure, and cost you more money than it should, every time you purge

purge valves are small and pretty cheap. many times they come with the T fitting you need to hook it up

The nitrous solenoid will work for the purge.Depending on what kit you buy ,some nitrous and purge solenoids are the same size.Im pretty sure that zex uses the big solenoid for their purge kits.

i just got my nitrous kit from the UPS guy.... i got the basic EFI NX kit.... bought it used form a guy on there... i can help much cuz im sure ull have yours on b4 i have mine on... i need to get my car tuned first.... i was wondering if i could hook everything up tho??? i dont have the tank filled... also can u take pics for me if u install yours b4 i install mine??? it would help me a lot
