Is it possible for a battery to have 12 volts and no cranking power ?

if your lights still work and other accessaries then it might not be your battery. check you inertia switch. sometimes that will kick without you knowing it from a bump. mine is in the trunk in the wall of it on the left of the trunk latch near the floor. but check your owners manual for where it is. otherwise... not sure what to tell you. igntion switch???
