gears are the cheapest bang for buck.... i still dont have ne tho... also some exhuast thats a big mustang mod for sure.... some bbk equal lengths would be nice with an h pipe and some slp LM IIs... suspension is a good, safe and easy way to make you faster... its not hard on the car it makes you car safer and u will have better times if u have the rite setup.... all depends what you want

If you want a nice basic start? Do what I did in my signature you can't go wrong.......

** free stuff**

bump timing to 12-14*
remove the silencer (if it somehow still has one)
check tps voltage (.980v KOEO)
check to see tb plate opens all the way w/ foot to the floor (you'd be surprised how many don't you need to shim it if it doesn't)
lose weight...... both sway bars are about 45 lbs combined (every 100 lbs shed = a tenth ET improvement) lots of junk in the trunk too

** cheap stuff **

gears , 4.10 or 3.73 ( i get 21 mpg on my 5-speed w/ 4.10's, i turn 3000 doing 80 mph)
tires, all the power in the world does nothing if your spinnin 'em .....mickey thompson et street radials are awesome
hpm megabite jr lower control arms
nitrous

all of the above will get you in the 12's if you drive halfway decent for a modest investment

after that...look to do heads
