Default better flowing heads?

i believe its time for me to put some better flowing heads to replace my ported gt40 heads before i decide to throw in a turbo or s/c.. What heads do you guys suggest with my combo listed on my sig?-- and if you can-- what power adder would you suggest with those heads? (turbo, S/C, nitrous)

Your mods aren't really that aggressive. Bang for the buck, I'd buy a TFS TW and an NX kit. If you can afford it, a Novi 1k w/ a crank pulley.

are they real 40's ? iron or aluminum ?

personnaly i'd put the money elsewhere and keep those heads, port them better, squirt it, up your gearing, do the suspension

my buddy went 11.80's on iron cobra heads, very mild port, gt40 intake and 125 shot on 4.10's in a full weight '92 GT

otherwise i'd probably do afr185's , but like they said....they are all good

your cars sick man, u got any track times on that baby. i am wondering what ported gt40s run. i would go wid some afr 185 for your setup.. or keep the gt40s and put on a power adder, supercharger or nitrous would be nice, proly be faster than if u jus got new heads too

thanx bro.. and no.. no track times yet.. just street races with my old motor but no races on this new motor yet. And Gt-40's are good.. but i know there are better heads... i already had them ported up the *** the first time but my mechanic told me that there was still some room for more porting but like i said, i was in a hurry to get it built. And i think i'm gonna go with some spray.. i got someone down here sellin me a zex kit for a buck fifty so thats what i'll probably do
