ECM and Wiring Harness
I am heading out to the junkyard tomorrow to try to find the wiring harness, and ECM I will need to do my 3.8L to 5.0L swap in my 96 mustang. My question is, will I need all of the wiring harness from the donor car, or just the engine bay harness. I would think I could use any harness and ECM whether it be a Mustang, T-bird, or Truck as long as the motor came from the same vehicle with a 5.0L right? If so, do the ECM's have advatages over each other?
