I keep having header gaskets going out on the passenger side and everytime i replace it when i go for a test drive and get on it there goes the gasket and it seems like its the #3 cylinder i have had 2 paper gaskets on there and 2 felproand no luck my recent mods are rebuilt 302 with trw forged pistons trick flowh/c/iand i know its not from header bolts backing out so what else do you think would cause this.

Maybe the header is warped. Take it off and run a straight edge across it.

I've got the paper gaskets on the driver side and all i did was just put it on and have never had any trouble out of that side it always been that same side and seems like around that same cylinder so there has to be something going on with that side but i can't figure it out.

Just a simple dent? I dont see how. Unless he somehow managed to mangle the flange on the header in the process so the gasket is no longer flat. Is it by #3 that he dented it? Defective header from the factory maybe?

the dent is on the #3 and its not a defect on the header because the headers was on the car when i bought it with no problems
