with the heads off, the pistons can be notched easily 1.7's will add a little more lift to your stock cam

Best to just swap the cam and get some roller lifters of 1.6


that way you gain 10hp by having roller lifters

another 15 from the cam itself. Best of both worlds

alot more if you swap them heads to something better, I like to get my heads bare casting, mill them, paint em and install my own valves/springs, keepers/seals/spirals/retainers. Its child's play
