you can get them up to 225CC but if your not running a big stroker or a lot of boost your gonna actually loose power going with the bigger heads and anything over 185CC is going to raise the exhast ports which is what im trying to deal with right now, its not fun

Feel like we keep going over this. Check ur piston to valve clearance and u may have to notch, I've heard u do with these heads though. If you go n e bigger it is required

oh im sorry i didnt realize the AFR chamber sizes are smaller, i was able to ger 65CC chambers on the canfields im pretty sure thatg will limit the cam size even more

im running afr 165 on a 91 lx 5.0 stock block w/ a frpp b cam w/1.72 rr for a total lift i belive is .510 .... no notching for mine direct bolt on..
p.s. 185 are going to require lots more mods to keep up with them so if its a daily driver start w/ 165s or wait and get 185s with every thing else you will need.
