yup, the guy said they give u a full refund when u bring the tool back, he never said anything about a time limit, so idk if they have one

no ya wont =P takes a couple days for the springs to settle, mine look a lil bit diff when i first put them on.....but after like 3 days it just looked badass lol. take a pic when u get them in, and then a couple days later and compare the two

ya mine were a bitch but i did lowering springs in the fron and back, but i did a whole suspension package (springs, shocks, struts, sway bars.)in 1 day. i would highly recommend finding a spring compressor first before talkign apart ur car cuz if u cant find ne that will fit, cuz the control arms are a tight fit, than go to a repair shop that can do it that willsave u the headach.And make sure u get the springs in the special little pocket int hecontrol arm, cuz if u dont that ur car will be tilted one way. and finally get a new alignment dont after cuz if u put new struts on ur camber/caster will prolly be off and u might want to save ur tires.
