On one hand its your fault for taking it home knowing there was a problem. But on the other hand its the shops fault for not fixing it, which they should have right then and there.

I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS check over my baby before leaving a shop. And never assume something is safe. Know its safe. Good luck.

should have taken the tire off at home and brought them the wheel and tire off of the car.

+1, EVERY time someones touched my car theyve fuked it up. One way or another, when I had my 8.8 installed (85GT's came with 7.5), the guy who installed it tightend the UCA and LCA bolts with the rearend hanging. Not 50 miles later did the bushings twist out of the rearend, shoved the whole axle over enough to rub the inside of my rear tire on the wheel well causing it to blow out [:@]. Man was I ever pissed.

well first of all i couldn't take the tire off and bring it in because my other cars don't have insurance. I don't have a machine to do it at home either. I think i might call tires plus main office. i just want my money back for the stud/labor
