place a jack under it and lower it slowly , don't just unbolt them, the spring will fly out and pierce your head... unless you want that, i heard a pierced head is the the new cool thing with the kids these days.[sm=smiley24.gif]

no, u need to use a jack spring compressor etc

but BASICALLY yes, just unbolt them two and take it out

I had to unbolt the a arm from the k member and lower the car to compress the spring and line up the bolt holes and rebolt the a arm to the k member... major pita, but the only way to get them in, the angle is to great to unbolt the spindle/strut and fold the spring in.... and the spring compressors that are readily available dont't fit! Good Luck... mine sucked, but the end result was pretty sweet!
