Not at all. Powerdynes knows that their blowers are so ****ty that they actually address this very issue. They say that it's perfectly safe to drive it that way. Apparently, it's such a problem that it's one of the questions they cover in their FAQ... and there aren't very many questions in their FAQ so that says something right there

You could always sell your Powerdyne and use the cash to buy a gun to shoot yourself in the other foot. In all seriousness though, now may be a good time to get rid of that thing before something worse happens, like a busted impeller

I'm being serious dude, I didn't mean tomake fun atyou or anything. You should be thankful that all you have is a broken drive belt, because Powerdynes are rather notorious for having the impellers come apart, and that destroys engines. There are several people on this forum that have had that happen. I understand you got the s/c with the car, and that's fine, but you really should, for the sake of keeping your engine in 1 piece, get rid of the PD blower and get another unit. Not even the entire kit, you could try to find just a blower and maybe a bracket if you need it. Powerdynes are known for being major trouble just waiting to happen, and if you're going to have to spend the money to get them to rebuild the unit since you can't get just the belt, you might as well spend the extra $$$ to buy a whole knew Centri unit, becuase it will cost you less money in the long run. Think about it, do you want a blower, that's already broken once on you and is known for breaking, to come apart later on and throw shrapnel into your engine?

he might be bein a dick about it, but hes right... ur blower is ****, its not ur fault, it came w. the car..... dude, u dont know of him, but sskiller.... his powerdyne almost killed his whole motor, because theimpeller came apart. we might be bein blunt, but were telling you to save YOUR car
