BLUEDEMON, Listen UP

I must object at this point. Do not be fooled by Flowtech's brotherly connection to the tried and true Holley nameplate. FLOWTECH HEADERS SUCK. I've talked with many different people, and two of my friends who own Foxies and they both went the cheap route and found out the hard way. I too got suckered in by Flowtech's low price and Summit's great shipping, but the old saying holds true, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I ordered some Flowtech Headers and slapped them on, they turned pink in a half hour and the coating flaked off all over the engine bay. "No, not all over the engine bay" you say, I dare tell you yes, it was everywhere. What's more is that (I'm not sure about the EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) tube setup on Fox body stangs) the EGR tube that fits into the headers on my car wasn't even close to fitting into the Flowtech's opening. Way off. I sent those babies right back to Summit (who was real nice about it) and bucked up for some Ford Racing Ceramic Coated Shorties. I love them. If you get quality parts, and do your research, everything will go smoothly for installation. For an X pipe I went with pypes performance, again cheap, and it fits ok, but not like it should (hangs too low). Pay the higher price and get a Dr gas, or Magnaflow, or (god forbid) Bassani if your rich - X pipe and you'll be happier when it comes time to make everything work together properly. Personally I would have gone with FRPP headers, and Magnaflow everything else if I would have known better, keep it all in the same family.
