i bought a cartech box style upper and now i have to make a 2 inch spacer between the tb n upperto get my intake tube that comes off the super charger to reach the tbit kinda sucks butt hole... i was gonna buy an egr spacer but my tb is 80mm so id still have to make a venturi out of it to make it fit to the 75mm hole in the intakeso im jus gonna make my own 2in thickventuri to get my 80mm tb to the 75mm upper intake hole and defeat the spacer problem, kinda extends my plenum but i guess u gotta do what u gotta do unless ne one has ne other great ideas pm me

Out of curiousity, why are you running a box upper? You lose a ton of low end torque with those. Even with a blower, I'm not sure it makes up for it.

cant you just put the tb up to the intake, mark all around it with a sharpie or somethin, and port it out? as long as your decent with a dremel or soemthing and dont go crazy it should be fine.....thats like, less than a mm on each side.

i could(btw porting 75mm-80mm is 2.5 mm to each side) but theres still that problem with the throttle body being to far from the intake tube that fits in between the supercharger and the throttle body

Buy a 75mm spacer and port it to match your TB

like a normal intake tube? you can buy those for like, 30-40 bucks i think......you could get a small piece and put it on there, or u could just go with the spacer. the spacer still involves porting, but ive never tried to find a modified intake tube for a supercharged car lol. might be pretty hard......
