Would 30#ers be enough, or should I go with 42#ers?

What size engine is the blower on?. Stock 302 with H/C/I?. If yes, the 30's should be fine.

1990 Mustang GT 5.0L 302 with these thigs installed.

24# lbs'rs will be plenty, in fact the 19 lbs injectors can handle quite a bit of horespower but you really dont need to go above 24 lbs, a s/c will give you a nice improvement but not such that would require 30#r's or more
