Default 92 GT Cooling problem

Ok, well I finished my car on it's 2 year anniversary of my starting to work on it may 18th of 05 - may 18th of 07 but, it's always had one persistant issue that nothing seems to solve. My father, a mechanic of 40 years, me being a mechanic myself, and all the other mechanics in one of the shops I used to work at are clueless as to what the problem could be.

My car leaks coolant through the rad cap, not just a few drips either, but it actually pours out at some points. Sometimes losing 2 litres of coolantin 20kms, sometimes losing 2 litres in 100kms. Regardless, it causes the car to overheat due to the rad being only half full, even with the fan going full blast and at 110kph.It will suck coolant out of the overflow, but not push it back in. I've tried 3 rad caps, pulling off the overflow hose all-together, checked for kinks, and blockages in the overflow system, cut out the center of the thermostat so the car runs at a constant 180*F, having the fan run all the time so it doesn't even pass 160*F and checked the rad inlet for roundness and smoothness for a good seal on the cap, everything is good and correct. The only thing I haven't done is replaced the rad.

Here's my setup for the cooling system:

Stock 1inch rad
3.8L Taurus electric fan
DCC Fan controller set at 180
Aftermarket overflow

Everything else is factory.

Took a few snaps of the car, and the overflow setup, in one of the pictures you can see the puddle of coolant under the car, that coolant was lost after less than 10 seconds of running.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Attached 3 pictures, 1 of my overflow, and 2 of the car in which you can see the coolant loss after only a few seconds of run time.

Have you replaced the head gaskets? Sounds like you have a lot of pressure going through there.
