I just noticed that you left the rubber gromemts out of the list. You'll need two for the valve covers. I can't rememebr teh exact size off the top of my head but they should be able to help. I think they have an outside diameter of 1.25 and an inside diameter of 1.22 but don't quote me on that. It's best to double check.
When I ordered the valve covers, I completely forgot to get those myself. I called back and the lady said that they couldn't include it because my package already went out. That would mean that I would ahve to pay the $3 each for the gromemts plus the $10 again for the flat shipping charge. But then she completely shocked me. She basically said screw it and sent them to me for free.
I don't mean that she didn't charge for shipping... I mean she didn't even charge me for the gromemts! I got them 100% free. Then again, I do a lot of business with them so that probabyl helps, lol. But wither way, they're a nice company to do business with.
And worst case scenario, you can go to any auto parts store and pick them up for cheap.

i'm going with fabricated aluminum valve covers. gonna run breathers on each cover, and use the MR.Gakset baffle grommets to keep the oil sling to a minimum.

I thought about getting a set of the baffle grommets (I think you were the one that actually mentioned them to me) but I said screw it since the covers themselves were baffled and I never had a problem with oil.

You can get any set made for 87-93, however, you have to make sure that they are made to clear the rollor rockers. Also, when you find the covers that do, you will need an 1" intake spacer, a 3/4" may work, to allow the intake to make the new clearance of the valve covers. The only thing you'll have to modify are the breather lines from the oil cover to the air intake. All the parts you'll need you can get at a local parts store such as Autozone.
You'll need hose, same size as yours now, to re route the breather line, a breather filter which will plug into the valve covers, and a breather cover, for the drivers side valve cover, to cover the hole, as your stock one does not have a breather there.
