Some tips I recommend for installing whichever headers you choose...
Look into using allen head bolts for the headers, instead of the supplied ones. They'll be much easier to get a torque wrench in that way. Hardware stores have them for a cheap price.
Also, soak the "paper" gasket in water for 30 minutes before installation... if that's what you are using. Mine sealed up nice and tight on the first shot. I still re-torqued after a week though.
I had to go down the passenger side for that one and up from the bottom for the driver's side. I didn't loosen the engine from the mounts, but then again my hands were claws by the end of the day from reaching.
The most time consuming part was fabricating a new tube going to the ERG valve from the new header, getting the bends right. Too bad the stock one couldn't be re-used.
