Default best carb around?

i need a 750dp carburator, i was told by a store that i could trade in my 600cfm current one and just pay a little more for a new carb.

whats a really good carb? i was thinking of getting another edelbrock one but am open to suggestions....someone told me about one called a "barry ..........." i forget but ya

its going on a 351 windsor btw.

it is called barry grant. what kind of setup do you have and what are you using it for. that will help people give you a better opinion on what you should get.

all stock 351w but a edelbrock performer aluminum intake and hooker long tube headers.

but i was going to buy it and use it on my stocker until i get h/c/i done then i will use it on that a.k.a. TW heads, XE274 cam, perf rpm air gap intake

You can't go wrong with a Barry Grant, Holley H.P. series, or any of the other high end Holley based designs. You will spend some coin on it though.

The Edelbrock design is NOT any sort of a D.P.
None ever were.
I would consider a 750 Vac. secondary until you do the rest of your up-grades..........

Barry grant demons are great. I'm runnin a mighty demon on mine now. It's basically just a double ppumper holley but I love the extra tuneability associated with the demon.
