help suspension car hops when I take off
ok so while i'm driving in second, if I punch it, the back of my car starts hopping. I did all this engine work to it but i cant keep the tires grounded. any ideas? The car was dropped 1" and has new shocks.

do you have the quad shocks on it? i think that is what they are called....
i had a problem like this before and i just nailed the gas assuming it would pan out and start burning the tires and i blew myfirst gearso be carefull

. They'll cost a couple hundred bucks, and maximum motorsports and UPR make good ones.

wow I feel like such a rookie...lol thanks man I am gonna look into that. What about rear suspension for taking off? is there anything out there like a 4 link that I can get to help me?

i dont mean to hijack the thread but i have the same problem. but i have upper and lower control arms, 50 50s and trick springs in the rear and i get a lot of wheel hop especially when i power brake it..... i have the rubber upper control arms bushings still....
suggestions?
