High Pressure Power Steering Hose
Well i got a pinhole in my High pressure hose that connects to teh side of the power steering pump... i got a brand new hose today... and i started taking it out and i got it off the pump it self got the bolt off of the car that holds the wire in place... then underneath the car where the pump goes to behind the rack and pinion i could not get my wrench in there i tried for about half an hour every idea and i couldn't get it unbolted so how do i get to that thing back there? its such a pain in the *** please don't tell me the rack and pinion has to be dropped to get back there.... do they make really small wrenches lmao i can get it back there and get that bitch offf im SPRAYING fluid everywhere i turn the wheel

ah i know what you mean, i twisted mine when taking it off to swap the rack... i put some thread locker on it, screwed as tight as i could by hand and goofed around for 20 mins just to get a short wrench in there and give it half a turn.

well i dunno it worked for me.... if you're positive that you can't do it because of the placement you can try taking off the rack, but that's a major PITA with the rubber ragjoint. if you're going to give it a try you'll need a 12 point socket (it's either 12mm or 14mm IIRC).
