hey sam would you go with the summit brand rocker or the crane type? and i want to resolve the motor issue once and for all if i got 96-97.5 exploder motor complete id have to mill the heads. If i buy the 98-up p motors complete i dont have to mill the heads.If i use the non p motor without lowering the compression ratio will it suck or not worth doing? sorry for all the questions but i want to buy the motor tommorow

Personally, I like summit brand stuff. In reality they just slap their name on other parts and then slash the price.
As far as the engine... If you don't want to worry about milling the gt-40 heads, then you can get the gt-40p heads so you won't have to worry about it. I ran with the non p heads because I wanted lower compression so that I could add a few more PSI from my superchager. If it wasn't for that, I probably would have gone with the gt-40p heads.

ok the summit rollers it is and ill go for the 00 explorer p motor. As far as the intake and sensors go do you think i need a tb spacer? will everything else bolt up ? a junkyard i know has a 00 with 68k on it they want $600 but ill probably get it for $500 ill call em up tommorow all thats left is headers i guess...
