Default OMG! Cant find Vacuum leak!

My car keeps trying to shut off when I put it in gear when its warmed up. I sprayed carb cleaner all around the hoses and gaskets but i cant find anything. What is the most common spot on the 302? Help me plz.

I had a vacuum leak on an 86 GT. Turns out it was a hose that runs under the upper intake mani. It connects to the intake somewhere under there.

Any place that you have a hard plastic line, unless you've do a mod recently then I'd check anything I may have done related to that mod.

In my case it was the connection to the Charcoal cannister that was causing my problem.

So how do you know it's a vacuum leak and not something else causing the problem?
