Default d d suspension?

what do you recommend for daily driver suspension on my 88 gt.? when i do the restoration, it will have a 347 stroker, tko 500 aluminum driveshaft, with 3.73's pusing approx 400 at the motor. what combination will make the car handle better on the street? and im going to go with a 5 lug conversion so what is the biggest wheel tire combo i can go with in the front and back without the tires sticking out of the wheel wells? what offest rim works best?thanks again, john

Default RE: d d suspension?

Go for some lowering springs and a new set of shocks/struts...

Since you are dropping the car, you will need a new alignment which will also call for some Caster/Camber Plates

For 400HP, you will definitely need some new rear control arms (upper and lower)...and throw a set of subframe connectors on there as well.

That should keep you busy for a little bit
