what is thefiring order on 1994 5.0 and what tranny fluid should ibeing putting in my t5

Firing order: 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8

T5s call for ATF but I'm running synchromesh in mine.

I think syncromesh is good too id use that or redline fluids are even better then that imo.
