Im trying to replace my rear springs and i cant get the rear piviot bolt offwhat the proper way to get this bolt out

what bolt are you talking about? All I have ever done is disconnect the shocks, disconnect the quads. then if needed jack up the axle on the opposite side to give a little more room to play with on the spring I'm removing.
