Default mass air conversion ?

I have the idea of how to complete the conversion, but I need to know if I can use a computer and mass airflow sensor from a 91 automatic car, in my 1987 manual tranny car. I know the best choice would be the manual one, but i have easy access to the automatic computer.

Second, is the conversion worth the hassle, if all I plan on is opening up the exhaust and intake? Not really looking to really get into the engine.

no if your not looking to do a cam or heads than you should keep your sd but if you insist on swaping than yes you can use a A9P computer in a manual trans its been said that is has a better fuel curve and is a little better but thats just what i hear

actually mass air is best for head and cam swap and the auto will work in stick but stick will not work in auto
