ur supposed to bleed the rears first, the rear brakes are applied first when braking, its what keeps the car straight while braking, u got an air pocket just fight it out
ORIGINAL: mattdel

i got the front 2 bled perfectly. the car will stop under its own power, it just nose dives. i can't send it out like that.
i had 0 pedal until i bled the fronts, now its nice and hard, but without rears.

i realize that... i moved to the front because the rears aren't doing anything.
not even stopping the wheel if i spin it by hand

i havn't checked it yet, i ran out of time today.
i got all this so far, done in like 1 1/2 hours, they gave me the car at 3pm.

i just can't see how the prop valve would be bad, the car stopped fine until the secondary cup seal in the master blew and popped the booster.

Does it have 1 brake line going ot the rear or 2? Almost sounds lie its plugged.....
Also, on a car with a dry master you HAVE to rebleed the whole system. So that means you shouldve started with teh right rear wheel, then left rear then right front and finally left front.
And where is the prop. valve located on that car? Most have em mounted right to the body in the back.

for petes sake, i know how to bleed a brake system. i only moved to the front because nothing was coming from the rear. its a process of problem elimination.

the prop valve is located almost directly underneath the master.
