converting to a 5 lug
Im thinking of doing this and for you experts, will a front 96-98 front hub and spindle, work with a 91 fox body front?
If it does, will I need the same for the rears?
Thank you for any help

RE: converting to a 5 lug
put on SN95 spindles, get yourself new hubs while youre at it like $40 each, dont forget to add some washers before you put on your castle nut like .310" then you got your five lug convo, get some MM SS brake lines, and cobra brakes and 13" rotors there you go

you can run bigger brakes with bigger rotors, that 5 lugconversion you bought wont allow you to go to 13" brakes, plus limits you to which wheels you can run on your car due to the center caps hitting the middle of the rotor

Ah, now I understand. Thanks for the explanation. But I wonder how cost effective it is. It seems some people are putting big time brake systems (very expensive) on cars that never see a road coarse track. I would say that using the Lincoln calipers (larger piston), SS lines and Hawk pads with slotted rotorswould be a cheaper set up and meet almost anyone's street needs. But then wanting the larger wheel thing wreaks that notion...Oh well.

a lot of us are putting them on because bigger brakes = more stopping power, im not going to road course my car but will see plenty of drag time and i want to make sure i can stop my car when its over 140mph

yeah i have been looking at them, need to find me one and also detachable wheelie bars,, i have a buddy with his s-trim'd 306 runs 10.60s @ 130.5mph and they are bitching at him, make him wear a firesuit and everything, once i put on my HP 76mm kit on my 347 all hell is going to break loose,
