This is a full tune-up:
cap
rotor
plugs
plug wires
fuel filter
air filter

You should also:
check the belt tension and condition
check tire pressure
check coolant

you should also look into swapping out that 7.5 rear end for a beefier one. and while youre at it, drop the drum brakes, upgrade the suspension, and throw some subframe connectors on.

Well i have dual exhaust right now the previous owner had put on... I just cant hear the thing running =)... I do like the sound of yours though where did you buy it at..? Also i do mostly city driving so what kind of gears do you recommend..? Thanks guys.
They came with stock dual exhaust. If you cant hear it then you might have some clogged mufflers or cats (did they have those on that year[&:])

they didnt have duel exhaust in 84 not a real one anyway. it was basically the same thing as a chevy exhaust it went into a y which then went into a huge cat and split back into two but both came out on the drivers side instead of both sides
