Default I have alot of questions? HELP

I finally have got all the parts to finallyput my engine together! But I have a couple questions about my setup first off I let u know what I have that is going on the car!
Ported 70 Do0e 351w heads with guideplates and 7/16 studs
X303 Cam
1.6 Roller Rockers
Hardened Pushrods
Upper/lower Typhoon Manifold - port matched
BBK 70mm Throttle Body and EGR Spacer
C&L 76mm Mass Air Meter
C&L Intake Tube with K&N
Ford Racing 24lb Injectors
BBK Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator and gauge
3.8 V6 Tauras Electric Fan - blows 4500cfms
Underdrive Pullies
JBA Shorty headers
Bassani Offroad X pipe
Magnaflow Catback Exhaust
deleted a/c and smog
Now hereare my questions will the x cam go good with my set up because I got it with my heads and it is in excellent condition.

What psi is a good start to adjust my fuel pressure at with a mild 302 with 24#s?

Should my car run prettygoodfor nowor will it need a good tune?

What kind of numbers do u think this setup will put out im hoping for atleast 280rwhp?

Thanks alotfor the help

^^ what he said ^^

the alphabet cams are alright at best, personaly i'd get a custom cam for that set-up. yes it will need a tune, you'll be very close to your goal.

well I just bought the C&L and tube for 200 bucks so Ill put it on and try it for now but if it don't fit my needs ill sell it and get a pro m.
1 more questons how much hp would it add to have the heads milled down right now there 60cc chambers and I thought about milling them to 58cc chambers willthey havefitment issues with the manifold? They would be worthless with a superchager correct?

you would gain aproximatly 2.5hp by milling your heads 2cc. on a wedge head v8 1 (10.1/1 to 11.1/1)point in compression is generally worth 15hp and 30 lb/ft. 2cc's gains just under .2 points in compression.

i would ponder about 310-315 at the crank. you should be close but i dont know if you have enough to see 280 at the wheels. you cam is to un balanced. the lift is low and the duration is to long for your combo. you have small valves on your do heads, they need to be opened more. you would also be better off with more exaust than intake on the cam. your hrads flow great going in but they are poor at best (even ported) when it comes to the exaust side. i would think around a 282/ 286 adv duration and around .530/.545 lift would work pretty good. duration keeps the valves open longer but the drawback is rpm. you wont be turning 7000 rpm with hyd roller lifters and your hrads will choke at that high rpm. keep it under 6 grand with heavy springs and it should work.

in this case less is more.

These are the early 351w heads that have the same size valve's as gt40 1.84/1.54. They are nearlyidenticalspecs as the gt40's except they have no egr bumps, and are ported.I also have heavy duty valve springs. What would u suggest would be a better cam that match's these heads and 1.6 roller rockers and my typhoon which is a high rpm intake? If I had any more lift wouldn't I have to notch my pistons the x cam with 1.6 roller rockers.542 lift?
