Default iac or maf?

well i dont know what the problem is with my idle, but my idle seems to say up longer when i stop at a light and then slowly come down, and even when im at an idle it stays at 1k, ive cleaned the iac twice, the problem is i dont know what the problem is my sister droped the maf a month ago and ive been ignorant about fixing it so now i just wanna get it out of the way, and somtimes the idle will rise and fall by it self so, help appreciated thanks
