id switch to pmas if i was you. not saying that it will fix your problem but the c&l is junk.

did you remember to put the spout connector back in? if not, that will stop the timing from advancing.

do you know for a fact the pressure gauge is working. if the car runs fine when the fuel pressure is at 20psi then your gauge is bad because 20psi isnt enough pressure for the injectors to atomize the fuel correctly. with the fuel not being atomized right the motor would hardly run

yea ive been thinking about geting rid of the c&l yea the spout cnnector is back in the guage is a mechanical autometer fuel press. it runs on 20psi it doesnt run to bad either could it be air in the line or something throwing he guage off sometimes?

its possible. my mechanical edlebrock fuel pressure gauge did the same thing for a couple weeks and then it started working fine again. i new it was the gauge acting up because the car ran fine. plus, if the you hear the fuel pump go on, it will spin till you hit full psi when you first turn the key. so when the pump stops you have full pressure in the fuel system
