When I relocated mine I picked up the cable(4 gauge or smaller)from Lowe/Homedepot and get a box from the auto parts store. Cost less than $40.00 total.

I split 3 grounds off the terminal and put one on the strut bolt, drilled a hole on the floor for the other and the last one mounted to one of the grounds for the taillights.

I baugt the relocating kit from Taylor for like $170 with the polished box but I would never do that again. Dont get me wrong, the box is nice but not $170 dollars nice. I would just buy your own box and cable (I used 1 gauge) and piece the rest together. This is what you will need (maybe a few very minor things also but I think this is all you need)

Box
Negative/Positive Battery Cables
Vent Tube
Battery Hold Down
2 Threaded Rods
2 Wingnuts
4 Locknuts
2 Regular Nuts

Thats about it.

go to wal-mart and get a boat battery kit. Works great. I think its around $30-$45, not to sure though. Comes with the plastic box, pretty decent for the price. What my friend did in his hatch.
