UNKNOWN MAF ?????
Hey guys i have this maf at my shop i believe it is off an expedition and i was wondering can i hook this up to my car with 24lb injectors
this also was on a car with 24lbers.

Everything I see lists that as an 80mm. And I can't really tell looking at your picture because of the lack of quality. Either way, it won't work without a tune...meaning a chip or some sort of tuner.

too much of a hasstle huh, what about a mark8 model maf will those work without a tune and 24lbers? or wich aftermarket maf will suit my application i think you guys know what im putting toghether

bump... i know you guys dont reccomenrd c&l since they are harder to tune etc. would it be wise to order 90 mm maf? or is it overkill and what brand maf do you guys recommend. if there is a donor car i can pull it off of i want to know wich ones also im going for 24 pounders. thx...

Basically, if you try to run any factory MAF from a different vehicle, then it will need a tune and most likely an adapter (or at least some fancy soldering.) If you run any aftermarket MAF, then you will have to get one that is either calibrated to your injection size or you will need to get a tune. In reality, you should be just fine with your 70mm factory unless you have some serious mods planned for the future.

no serious mods as of yet, but i have a 70mm tb and the maf is 70mm stock. When i drop the motor in will my 19s be ok with stock maf? I was thinking putting 24's with a bigger maf but if its gonna run rich its not worth it. Basically i want to get all i can out of it and if the only thing standing in my way is a bigger maf then so be it.
Its a 98 gt40p motor , im gonna change the headers cam roller rockers and tfs upgrade valve springs and drop it in.
