HOW TO I.D A CAM

I HAVE A 302 - IS THERE ANY KIND OF MARKING'S ON THE CAM TO IDENTIFY WHAT KIND OF CAM IT IS?
I AM NOT SURE IF IT HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A PERFORMANCE CAM OR IF IT IS STOCK-THE HEADS HAVE BEEN WORKED ANDTHE ROCKERS AND SPRINGS HAVE BEEN REPLACED ,SO I THINK THE CAM HAS BEEN ALSO BUT IM NOT SURE. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT -- THANKS

i didnt see any numbers on the front of the cam- is there another spot where it might be marked?
