no no no the boxy body style is the sh*t, the body kits are so much better and they look gorgeuos lowered with some 17"s, the 94 and up look to rounded and bubble like. havent seen one that i like yet, i'm so glad they finally redesigned the body again for 05 maybe it will pull the mustang out of the decade long depression it's been in. i suppose it's a matter of opinion taste."some people just dont have any"...lol definatly go for the fox the b*tches will love you for it. and the stang fans will respect you for it. to tell you the truth i had a 96 a while back got no atention at all from it and got smoked by a lot of damn gm's, with my 88 gt convert i haven't lost yet and no bull sh*t every damn day someone approaches me to ask bout it ...like what year what cam u got and so on, not to mention it's a pu**y magnet...lol

I actually like the 94-95 ones...even though they're a bit slower...

Durability wise, 87-91 is a great option with forged internals, and they're a little bit quicker as well. If you're planning on doing any body work to the car as in bumpers, hood, rims and the like, I think that it looks better on an SN95 car than a fox. I mean, dont get me wrong, you can make foxes look sick, but a lot of people do it wrong and make it looks so much more boxy than it already is with their 4 inch cowls and huge spoiles. I love the lines on the SN95, the rear of the car looks great, and the flowing body lines on the side are excellent.

As for modding the car, I think it's just a little bit easier in terms of installation on the Fox body type just because there's less to get around (emissions stuff, and sensors that were new for 94+). Just do me one favor, if you go with the Fox or SN95, make sure you get yourself some clear headlights. I know it sounds kind of stupid, but that makes the front end on a mustang, so many out there have the glazed over lenses, and I think foxes look great with the exterior shined up.

I am for the fox, better all around car. I have an 87lx and a 1993 cobra and the bodies are the same so i dont get the whole 89-93 stuff, MAF cars started in 88 in cali. My roomy has a very nice 95 the fenders are rolled to clear 20's but you cant even put his car in the same class as a fox when it comes to performance.
