Mjr46..... This is a1984 Dominator GT, it came with a functional hood so the rubber seals the air cleaner with the hood, alll original, and yes the base should be black, but I painted everything cast aluminum, I think it looks alot cleaner this way, even all the brackets and the block. This baby is far from stock, 347 running 11.68 on street tires and exhaust, But I love the stock look on all cars so I keep that appearence.You can look back on my posts under....A rare 1 for your viewing pleasure.... for full photos and the story on this car.
