yes but why do you want to do that way to much work you'd have to swap harnesses a rewire a lot of crap a properly built 4.6 or supercharged 4.6 would be the way to go!!

i like the low end torque of a 302 and the fact that its a easy to get motor with cheaper mods available, im not goining injected, carbbed so an ecu isnt a issue

well then just make sure the motor mounts you get are from a 1995 as the cars are esentially built on the same platform the sn-95 plat form that is body wise. if it's going to be carbed everything should work fine just use a 94 -95 t-5 tranny and bellhousing so the crossmember will line up as the bellhousings on the 94-95 were a bit longer hence the longer input shafts on these tranny's!!

Now you've got me thinking. When my 01 GT is paid off, I'm gonna drop an a big carbureted motor with some sick cams. I think that would be tight.

A car needs only 1 CAM to go fast... any more is just extra weight

It would suprise me if you actually knew WHY the input shaft and bellhousing on the SN-95 5.0 are longer
