Then why bother adding to it?
Have you tried e-bay?
For a convertible they mount to the floor and usually have a plate under the car they bolt to , or they are welded in place.

yea thats a light bar...classic design concepts makes them...thats the one in the pic you got...but the go for like 400...i have found them on 50resto for cheaper but without the light in the 200 range...this is the route i was going, but it was just too expensive for no actual protection
