poly is the way to go....the solid benifit is you don't lose as much hp transfer as the rubber one kind cushions the twist....using the solid one's on the street will in time show with stress on the chassis,trans case,so rattles will start occurings,etc

I though vert mounts set the engine up an inch higher... or is it an inch lower?
