Ok, so i am getting an '86 gt with bbk headers, a bbk H-pipe. My question is should i take off the h-pipe and get an x-pipe instead. The car has 2 chamber flo's on it, but im thinkin of putting dumps on it. It also has an E-303 cam. Is that good? Im all new to this but am quickly becoming a big fan of mustangs.

X-PIPE ALL THE way I took of my h-pipe and put on an x-pipe and the sound difference was great it now has a high pitched rev to it and it developed more torque for me on the dyno. it had a more balanced exhaust flow and it worked great!!

alrite, thnks. wat bout the cam. should it be replaced or is that a good one to have?

I've had both and i like the x-pipe more. The e-cam is alright but there are much better cams out there like the TFS stage 1. But unless you have heads i would not worry about the cam right now.

dude but u cant go wrong with o/r bbk hpipe...i prefer that sound on my 92 than an xpipe...just my personal preference

NO dont get an h-pipe, those are for hicks...the x pipe sounds way better
