would anything be unsafe about puting a 24" tall tire on the front of my car. the back are 26" tall. will it be worse for handling compared to 26's on the front?

Not sure, but what about all the guys that run draglights with skinnies up front? I have seen a ton of them on the street that are set up that way.

I've done it both ways I now have skinnies but had a odd combo before with 245/50/16 (25.67) and 195/60/15(24.2) handled okay a little squirrly at higher speeds but I've found it best works to have the car level or slightly lower in the back to waste less energy to start the whole process of weight transfer in process while racing. I also didn't like the stance my opinion though. as far as saftey goes never had a problem but there better set ups out there at least there was for me
