Default car wont stay started

ok im driving along at a crusing speed the light turns red and i put it in nutreal and it idels rough goes up and down and somtimes stalls. it has been staling way to much like almost every time now.

Please help

clean maf, tb, iac. see if it idles better. if not check for codes.

also check your TPS and if those fail start replacing **** [8D]

Maf cleaner for the maf, carb cleaner for the tb and iac valve, let it soak when you spray them.

IAC = Idle Air Control

Its the silver tube on the side of the throttle body. Careful with the gasket, sometimes they stick.
