Default Fuel pressure is the same with vacum on and wiht it off???

Just like the title says. My fuel pressure would increase with vacum off before the blower was installed. Now when I try to adjust fuel pressure it is the same on and off. What could it be.... Could I have put the vacum T for the bypass valve in the wrong spot causing no difference in fuel pressure with vacum on or off?

Where are you checking the fuel pressure? How do you have the regulator hooked up? it should be a very short line that goes straight from the regulator to the elbow in the intake (I'm assuming this is on your 94.)

That's a lof of T's, lol. I guess technically it shouldn't be a problem, but I try to avoid that. I try to keep that line as short as possible to avoid problems. When you pull it off with the engine running, can you at least feel the vacuum on that line leading to the regulator? If you have a spare piece of vacuum line ( $0.99 per foot at a parts store), just temporarily run a direct line between the elbow and the regulator and see if the pressure changes. If there is a change, then you know where hte problem is. If it doesn't change, then it sounds like a bad regulator to me.
