cool ok well im gonna replace the vacuum lines for the defrost/defog vent, and hopefully then it will work and it looks like everything else is working now, just gotta buy a new line to go to the vacumm resovoir, how should i go about getting to the resovoir in the fender? do i need to jack the car up. And can i just buy vacumm line at the parts store, or will there be a specific line made for going from the resovoir to that junction?

the bottom vent is the recirculate/ fresh air vent the defroster vents are on top of the dash a left and right ventand all you need is a small vaccum line to fix the resevoir problem. As for the resevoir look for a small plastic canister about the size of half a coffee can mine was behind the black plastic inner fender apron. I had to take the wheel off and take off a few screws to the inner fender apron.
