Default Starting to build up my 93 LX

Hello, I just acquired a stock5 speed93 LX hatchback with 120,000 miles on it. It is in very good condition with all of the paperwork as far as maintenance. It runs great and everything works! I pretty much want to keep it stock looking, but I would like some suggestions on mods to go faster. I was thinking of using it as a donor vehicle for a Factory Five Cobra, but Ikind of likeitas it is. I feel it istoo nice togut it and scrap it. I also live in CA, where I have to pass a smog test every other year. Can I get some suggestions on mods that won't make me failthe smog test?I have about $4000for the mods.Thanks.

if i had 4k to spend, i'd be pickin up a turbo kit.

no need to change heads cam or intake either... just slap it on and go.

If you want to look and sound stock and yank the front wheels.....Hellion TurboI agree with Matt on this one, Turbos are very streetable, quiet reliable and build monster numbers for the money.
