Default Will '87 up taillights work on an '85??

I'm wanting to buy some eurotailights for my stang off of ebay. All I really need to know is...will it bolt on and fit? I can get different light socket and re-do the wiring. Thanks!

Yeah... I know. Eurolights are for imports[:'(]. It's a done deal now.. I just bought them. At least they ain't just the plain ones(they look too cheesy too me.) I got the smoked ones. I like how the euro taillights light up at night. They always remind me of...... old muscle car tails. Because only the round circles light up instead of the whole lense. I needed some lenses anyways. I'm putting on my suspension and getting the car ready to drive again and my tailights are redneck euro's right now. (The lense fell off one side and the other is busted out.) People would stare and laugh if I just put red bulbs in those light.

Euro tail lights definitly don't look like muscle car tail lights. They look like crap in my opinion. Plus everytime someone with a mustang drives past you they will laugh.

Shun me if you will. At least It'll be original. There's a guy around my area with a '92GT. It's black with 17" Cobra R rims, and clear eurotails. The car looks awesome but the all clear euros he's got looks to Bling Bling! on the black. That's why I got the tinted ones. I had them on an s-10... When the lights were off it looked just like tail light covers were on. I see alot of people with covers on their stangs around here. So what's the difference? Plus people will be able to see my brake lights when they're on! Most fox bodies with AVS smoked taillight covers on. You can't see the lights come on in the daylight. Anyways...... It's my car...... my choice.

I guess I shouldn't have posted they were eurotails. After I did a search you all hate'em. Oh, well...... It'll be a learning lesson. I'll see what they look like when I get them.
