Vtec if you got the money and the nitrous? Then were talking fast.
Someone who owned a viper I know dropped in twin superchargers and got it in the low 6's.Currently the2nd fastest in US. He lost to a viper with twin turbos.

vtec all day everyday... deffinatly a head cam intake and some suspension mods sticky tires, and you will deffinatly achieve your goal.
