With the overdrive off or with an od delete would you still lose more hp through the trans than if it was a c4?

i just went with a c4 with full manual body and i lost a little time in my 60 ft pulls but the overall e.t. didnt change it actually got a tenth faster. my stall is the reason for the reduction in 60 ft times because its only a 3000 stall and i have to leave the line at an idle. but overall its better than a t-5 in my opinion.
